To meet government requirements, TLCPL needed a way to track the technological prowess of their employees.

Members of the HR team can create technical competencies (such as being proficient with a piece of software) and assign them to one or more jobs.  Managers can then evaluate their employees on a pass/fail basis for each competency.

Multiple choice and true/false exams can be created and assigned to employees as well. ¬†Each question is linked to a competency, and reports can be generated to help guide an employee’s training.
