The Modern Data team is professional. They did their homework to understand the ins and outs of our system before they determined the best plan to get our office working properly. They are a blessing in resolving problems and have been readily available for technical support any time of the day. In addition, they have helped give us peace of mind for security with a very complex back up system.
I had a deadline that required access to the program as soon as possible and called after hours, my problem was resolved within 15-20 mins of my phone call.
Modern Data has great customer service. It's the ADP that is problematic.
