Jeff contacted Luke. Luke come to our location to install and set up a new computer. After installation he verified that everything was in working order.
The gentlemen who called me was very professional and nice and was well knowledgeable.
Luke happened to be in our building when the error occurred, he immediately came to my office and fixed it.
As typical, Modern Data comes to the rescue immediately. I had a short time frame to get information to my customer and the program would not produce graphs. One quick email and Modern Data's personnel fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Great job!!
